My son is very scared when it comes to dental visits and getting dental work done, so finding a dental office that makes him feel comfortable is extremely important to me. Even better, he is actually looking forward to coming back for his future visits! The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, caring, and understanding of my son’s needs and emotions. Whenever he felt scared or nervous, they took the time to reassure and comfort him, which meant so much to both of us. As a parent, I am very sensitive to people’s attitudes and energy. Throughout our entire visit, I never once felt any annoyance, frustration, or negativity from any staff member. Every person we interacted with was professional, compassionate, sweet, and genuinely cared about making my son feel safe and comfortable. It is clear that this team is very well-trained and truly passionate about what they do.
